“ Thus is an excellent, and healthy, place to get a good meal. You start with a base of rice bowl, salad or wrap. Next you choose a protein, about half of which are gluten free and vegan tofu. This is clearly marked on the menu. Then you add you choice of as many veggies as you want, like greens, cabbage, carrots, olives, pickled radishes, beans etc. Top it off with sauce. Very filling...and tasty. ”
